1 cup Coconut Flakes
1 cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup chopped Almonds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1 large Egg White
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. and apply cooking spray to a baking sheet.
In a large bowl add all ingredients except the egg white and coconut oil. Stir well until completely combined.
Beat the egg white in a separate bowl, then add to the nut mixture, as well as the coconut oil and mix until the batch is completely saturated.
Add everything to the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy in your favorite milk!
