About Rachael

Rachael Smith has been a certified personal trainer for over a decade


Specializing in:

  • lifestyle fitness training

  • strength and conditioning athletes

  • recovery and rehab fitness

  • functional lifestyle and bodybuilding/fat loss nutrition


She is an active mom two boys and has worked for several gyms along with opening two of her own. She has trained privately and in several gyms throughout the United States.  Along with her passion for physical fitness and nutrition she loves helping people build lifestyles and routines. 


In combination with her degree of science and several certifications from fitness nutrition specialist, corrective exercise specialist, weight loss specialist, yoga instructor and enthusiast, group in boot camp, recovery and rehab, and many other fitness and nutrition cert. Her goal is to make fitness and nutrition as functional and attainable as possible.
