We all know St. Louis is a hub for amazing cuisine, and especially pizza spots. This Friday, May 20th, is National Pizza Party Day, and what better way to enjoy pizza than to throw a party for it?!
We are going to share with you 3 of our favorite Lighter Pizza Options and 3 of our more Decadent Pizza Spots from The Lou themselves.
As a health and wellness website you may be surprised that we would highlight some of the more indulgent options, but we are not here to count calories, we are here enjoy life and a balanced diet that sometimes includes yummy, greasy pizza, as it should.

MOD is a great option if you are looking for a lighter slice of pie. Not only to they offer a Salad-Pizza with lots of fresh greens, but you can also create your own masterpiece with yummy, healthy options.
Katie's Pizza & Pasta
Katie's offer tons of great salads, along with their many combinations of delicious pizzas, made fresh with thin crust and fresh ingredients.
California Pizza Kitchen
CPK offer a cauliflower crust pizza that will still satisfy your cravings without compromising your daily goals. They also offer fantastic salad options for a great side to a great slice of 'za.

Dewey's Pizza
Dewey's is a great option for a family with varying desires. They offer tons of options, from Taco Pizza, to the delicious classics. You can also pick up some of their famous dough and take it home to make your own creation in the comfort of your home.
Nicky's Slices
This is one of the STL's best kept secrets. You have to keep an eye on their Instagram, (@nickyslicespizza), to know their location, but we can promise you that you won't be disappointed when you meet them at their nightly spot. Plus, what's better than local pizza at a local spot?!
Mellow Mushroom
This chain restaurant is known and offered in many different states, and for a good reason. Their pizza has a unique flavor that is unmatched and loved by most. It is one of my own, personal favorites and my mouth is watering just speaking of it.
