Lemon-Dill Mediterranean Salmon

Summer is here and fresh is in! Get your fix of all things fresh with this Lemon-Dill Salmon!



2 Salmon filets

1/2 red onion

1 cup diced cherry tomatoes

1/2 diced cucumber

1/2 lemon juiced

crumbed feta cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

basil seasoning (or fresh chopped)

dill seasoning (or fresh)

salt & pepper to taste


  1. Dice onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes and combine in a bowl, along with 1/2 lemon juice and salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes in fridge.

  2. Season salmon filets on both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, and dill.

  3. To a sauce pan add a tsp of olive oil and then sear salmon filets on both side for 4-5 minutes each side, or until golden crispy.

  4. Plate salmon and top with mediterranean topping then crumbled feta cheese

  5. Enjoy!
