This healthy take on at-home 'take-out' will satisfy your cravings. With all the classic flavors of delicious Asian cuisine, such as ginger, sesame, and sriracha, but less of the unhealthy additives.

Asian Chicken Bowl
Main Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Whole grain rice
2 broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegetable broth
Sauce:
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp Sesame oil 2 tsp garlic minced 2 tsp ginger minced 1/4 cup honey 3 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce Toppings: 2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame seeds 1/4 cup cold water 2 tbsp sliced green onions 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sriracha
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and add to crock pot, along with chicken breasts (Note: This step can be done on the stove, simply dice chicken breasts before cooking)
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
Cook rice to package instructions
Sauté broccoli by adding oil to pan, then add vegetable broth to pan and cover for 20-30 or desired taste.
Shred and remove chicken, then add the cornstarch to the cold water in a separate bowl and then mix into leftover sauce in crock pot until the mixture thickens
Layer in bowl: rice, chicken, broccoli, sauce, and toppings
