- Milk

- Whey

Rachel Recommends: Isopure or Integrated Whey

 

Basic Protein Shake Recipe


Ingredients:

1 scoop of Isopure Whey (or preferred protein powder)

1 frozen banana

3/4 cup almond or oat milk

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tap chia seeds


Optional Additions:

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 Greek yogurt

1/2 cold brew coffee

1/2 frozen berries

(Add PB & Berries for PBJ style!)


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, add ice if necessary

  2. Enjoy!
