Basic Protein Shake Recipe
1 scoop of Isopure Whey (or preferred protein powder)
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tap chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 Greek yogurt
1/2 cold brew coffee
1/2 frozen berries
(Add PB & Berries for PBJ style!)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, add ice if necessary
